Auckland Police have helped reunite a rider with their scooter, 10 years after it went missing in Whangarei

Auckland Police have helped reunite a rider with their scooter, 10 years after it went missing in Whangarei

Officers in Papakura recently found a youth riding a scooter, that was reported stolen from a property a decade earlier.

It had been bought on Facebook Marketplace, and the seller was tracked down - and returned the money.

They say the original owner was happily surprised, to collect their long-lost wheels.
