    LeBron James and his squad have hung on to win an NBA All-Star game thriller


    Team LeBron won 157-155 over Team Giannis in Chicago under new rules designed to prevent a repeat of past dull All-Star games.

    The new format saw teams racing to a final-quarter score target, set at 157, instead of playing to the clock.
