Christchurch's Council is looking into whether to close a popular walking track - after a woman's body was found on Sunday night - in the water near Diamond Harbour

Christchurch's Council is looking into whether to close a popular walking track - after a woman's body was found on Sunday night - in the water near Diamond Harbour

Police say the runner had been reported missing - when she didn't return from a run on the Coastal Cliff Track.

A Council spokesperson says the track remains open.

They're determining whether any additional actions should be taken for locals using the track during the lockdown.
