    A 21-year-old man who scaled a barbed wire fence at an Auckland courthouse has been recaptured by police


    Cody Evans has been arrested and is due to appear in court today on charges of escaping custody.

    He was about to appear at the Papakura District Court last Thursday, charged with unlawfully taking a motor vehicle, dangerous driving and failing to stop for police, when he fled.
