    Dreamworld's parent company Ardent Leisure has been fined 3.6 million dollars over the 2016 Thunder Rapids ride tragedy


    Southport magistrate Pam Dowse says the company failed in its primary safety duty to the public.

    New Zealander Cindy Low died - along with three others - after a water pump malfunctioned.
