    Seventh seed Danka Kovinic is the first player through to the quarter finals at Auckland's ASB Classic


    The Montenegrin has rallied from a set down to beat 2017 champion Lauren Davis 4-6 6-3 6-2.

    Venus Williams has just resumed her match against China's Zhu Lin having won the first set 6-3 but down a break at 4-2 in the second.

    The remaining matches have been moved indoors with the night session on centre court cancelled.
