Investigations continuing into Tuesday's unexplained death of child in Auckland's Ranui

Investigations are continuing into Tuesday's unexplained death of a child in Auckland's Ranui -- the second infant death at the property in the past two years

Police are appealing for information, after the body of 60-year-old Sandringham man Ronny Okeke was found in the Kaimai Ranges.

A Serious Crash Investigation has been launched, after a pedestrian was fatally struck by a vehicle during rush hour traffic in Auckland's Mount Albert last night.

Meanwhile, the mother of the Marokopa children is continuing to plead for their whereabouts -- releasing a new letter she claims was written to her, by fugitive father Tom Phillips.

In it, he purportedly says he has a good heart, he means well, and he wants to be with her again.
