    Disgust and shock around Wairoa as multiple people have been injured at a gang-related fight after a rugby match


    Over the weekend, an altercation broke out following a game between Taupae Sports Club and YMP in the town.

    Footage of the incident shows Mongrel Mob and Black Power members fighting - some with weapons, after the match which was attended by families.

    A pregnant woman who wishes to remain anonymous says she was caught up in the fight.

    Wairoa Mayor Craig Little has a message for those involved: leave town now, saying this is not what Wairoa is.
