A Police chase involving a stolen car in Hamilton yesterday's landed a 31-year-old man in court

A Police chase involving a stolen car in Hamilton yesterday's landed a 31-year-old man in court

Police chased a Honda around Ohaupo, spiking it several times, deflating all tires - and say the driver tried to hit an officer laying spikes.

When the car was stopped, the driver fled on foot, and the passengers were arrested.

Police dogs tracked the suspect down, and he's appeared in court today on driving charges, assault with a weapon and receiving stolen property.
