Researches want to find out what makes people age

Researches want to find out what makes people age

A kiwi team are surveying older kiwis to figure out how lifestyle factors throughout their lives contribute to the way they age.

The promoting healthy ageing longitudinal study has surveyed 12-thousand kiwis since 2006 as they grow older.

Professor Christine Stephens says the findings could help change the way we live to stop people ageing poorly.

She says the results will be presented to the government, to help create better policy.
