Questions raised over Health NZ's response, after Christchurch Hospital staff were exposed to toxic fumes

At least 30 radiology workers suffered breathing problems, rashes and headaches from a chemical used in paint work.
One staff member has been hospitalised.
APEX advocate Omar Hamed says it's unclear why the issue wasn't resolved after it first happened in February.
He says it appears there were multiple failures between the hospital health and safety team, and the construction company.
Health NZ has paused construction while it investigates.
