    Vulnerable communities are at risk of inequitable policing - prompting a push for change


    The Understanding Policing Delivery panel's published its second report - building on data released in August.

    It highlights positives around innovation - but suggests 11 recommendations covering community collaboration, professional development and regular reporting.

    Panel chair Khylee Quince says the second stage involved talking to people in Maori, Pacific, disabled and rainbow groups.

    She says the interviews and observations confirm there are some people in the community experiencing inequitable and unfair policing.
