    Horror in Lower Hutt, over the death of an elderly man in a suspected arson attack


    82-year-old Stokes Valley man Ian David Moller has died in hospital after being injured in a fire last Tuesday.

    Police have arrested a 21-year man over an earlier fire in the same building, but are yet fo find any link between that and the latest blaze.

    Local councillor Naomi Shaw says the community is in shock.
