A lack of staff is the biggest concern for small and medium businesses owners

A lack of staff is the biggest concern for small and medium businesses owners

The latest Prospa SME Insight Report shows half of the businesses surveyed say the summer season is important to them, with 43 percent expecting this year to be better than last.

Around 36 percent are worried about staffing issues.

Prospa managing director Adrienne Begbie says despite the concerns, businesses are staying cautiously optimistic about the long term.
