Nick Kyrgios has played his second tour-level tennis singles match in two-and-a-half years after a troublesome wrist injury

Nick Kyrgios has played his second tour-level tennis singles match in two-and-a-half years after a troublesome wrist injury

Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard beat him in the Brisbane International first round across three sets.

There were no breaks of serve, so each set went to a tiebreak in the two-and-a-half hour duel.

    Kyrgios describes the fixture.

Kyrgios says the workout left his wrist throbbing.
