An Auckland man charged with murder after bringing a child's body to Manukau Police Station - is accused of smothering them with a pillow

Far-reaching interim suppression is in place - including his name and the child's.
The 37-year-old appeared in the High Court at Auckland today and a trial's been set for May next year.
Authorities previously said the defendant arrived at the South Auckland police station and spoke to officers in the early hours of January 6.
The child's body was discovered outside soon after, in a parked car.
