    New Zealand Formula One driver Liam Lawson is keeping a check on his emotions ahead of tomorrow's Azerbaijan Grand Prix


    The 23-year-old overcame difficult windy and wet conditions to qualify a best-ever third during a session that featured an historic six red flags.

    Lawson was proud of his achievement, but isn't getting carried away.



    Lawson will be on the second row behind Max Verstappen and Carlos Sainz .
