    Victor Radley has ruled himself out of the England-Australia rugby league series

    The 27-year-old lock has made the call a week after the Roosters imposed a 10-match ban and fined him 34 thousand dollars for bringing the club into disrepute while caught up in allegations surrounding the Brandon Smith drug-dealing charges.

    The first test of the three-match series is at Wembley on October 25.
