BNZ's online banking services are down for second time in two days

BNZ's online banking services are down for second time in two days

Thousands of customers were unable to access their accounts yesterday due to a systems issue - the app and services were running again by about 7pm.

However, the bank has confirmed more than 350 people are experiencing the same issue again.

ATMs, cards and payments remain unaffected.
