The New Zealand Shareholder Association says Fletcher Building's share price has decreased slightly - since a legal challenge

The New Zealand Shareholder Association says Fletcher Building's share price has decreased slightly - since a legal challenge

SkyCity is seeking 330-million dollars, for ongoing delays to Auckland's International Convention Centre, now near completion seven years after its original finish date.

Association Chief Executive, Oliver Mander, can't say whether this amount is realistic.

He says Fletcher Building shares have been relatively stable since mid last year.

He says there seems to cautious optimism around the company's future -- and the more muted reaction today could be investors are skeptical.
