The Justice Minister says rules may have to be changed to stop other people from challenging extradition orders for as long as Kim Dotcom

The High Court's ruled Paul Goldsmith's decision to surrender Dotcom to the US earlier this year was legal.
Dotcom had already previously fought the extradition process all the way to the Supreme Court.
Goldsmith says further appeals are still possible, in what's now been a 13-year legal battle.
He says it's a very long and slow process, and in future he will look at the extradition rules because it's taken a very long time.
