The cordon around the area Tom Phillips died has been lifted

The cordon around the area Tom Phillips died has been lifted

Footage from a nearby area being used as a dump shows rubbish and clearly laid tracks where parts of bush have been cut away.

On the actual road there are marks where Phillips's quad bike careened off the road.
