    Ella Purnell loves stunt work

The 28-year-old actress admitted while many others in her profession "dread" having to shoot big action pieces, she relishes the "chaos" that those days bring to the set.

She told SFX magazine: "Stunts are probably my favourite part of acting.

"They are the days everyone dreads but they are the days I really look forward to because I love chaos."

Ella can currently be seen as Lucy MacLean in the second season of Fallout and she teased there was a particularly "fun" scene she got to shoot that was a real departure for her character.

Asked what excited her about season two, she said: "The Deathclaws! Gosh, it's so exciting. There are so many creatures from the games that you are going to see.

"There's also a very fun moment, which I'll tease.

"I want to say it's in episode four and five, where we see a side of Lucy that we have not seen before.

"It's when she meets The Kings for the first time.

"It's a side of Lucy that even I didn't see coming. It's very, very, very fun."

Ella is also known for her portrayal of Jackie Taylor in Yellowjackets and she previously admitted she couldn't bring herself to watch the episode where her stranded friends resorted to eating her character's corpse.

She said at a fan expo: "I'm gonna tell you a secret: I actually haven't watched that episode because I don't know what it's gonna do to my mental health.

"I don't really want to risk it, so I haven't seen it."

Ella also went on to explain that she found it "disconcerting" to see her cast mates taking pictures with the corpse of her character when they were filming Season Two.

She said: "Yeah, it was weird. I knew it was gonna happen, I kind of put two and two together. But I was filming Fallout, and the schedule was very, very demanding. I was exhausted. And I was getting the scripts for Season Two but I wasn't maybe reading them as quickly as I should have been, because I had a lot going on.

"And I just woke up one morning, and I had all these pictures from my Yellowjackets castmates of them taking selfies with my charred corpse. You know when you wake up and you don't know where you are? It was like that but on steroids, because I woke up and I was like, 'Am I dead? What's happened?' So, it was a little bit disconcerting."
