    A man has minor injuries after initially resisting arrest -- after three weeks on the run


    The 27-year-old was wanted in relation to a shooting at the Sofitel Hotel on Auckland's Viaduct last month.

    Armed Offenders Squad members arrested him while searching a rural Kerikeri property today.

    Further charges are likely and he's due to appear in the Kaikohe District Court tomorrow on firearms charges.

    Four other people have been arrested during the investigation.
