Supercars qualifying in Adelaide has been impacted by another huge crash at the infamous turn 8 sweeper

Supercars qualifying in Adelaide has been impacted by another huge crash at the infamous turn 8 sweeper

The session was red-flagged after Kiwi Jaxon Evans clipped the inside kerb of the corner, before hitting the concrete barrier opposite, pin-balling down the street circuit.

Evans managed to walk away from the crash, but was left shaken and dazed.

He's the fourth driver to fall victim at turn 8 this weekend, after three crashes saw an abrupt end to qualifying for the opening race on Friday.
