A sexual predator has been stopped, thanks to his victims coming forward

A sexual predator has been stopped, thanks to his victims coming forward

Aucklander Micah Fala has been jailed for four years for secretly filming 22 women and girls - including five children - with covert cameras.

Many victims were recorded as they showered, undressed or used the toilet.

Detective Inspector Scott Beard says he hates to think what could have happened, if Fala had been allowed to continue.

He says in this digital age people need to be aware there are predators like this out there.
