Police have well and truly drilled in the saying 'say it don't spray it' to an Auckland man

Police have well and truly drilled in the saying 'say it don't spray it' to an Auckland man

A 40-year-old Belmont man will appear in court today after multiple social media reports of him spitting at people in Devonport and Bayswater.

He's been charged with three counts of common assault and a charge of resisting arrest.

When police caught up with the serial spitter he attempted to spit at officers.

Police say they will oppose bail because of concerns about his alleged behaviour.
