Breakers centre Sam Mennenga believes coach Petteri Koponen's comments on the team's conditioning are valid heading into tonight's NBL basketball contest at home against the Perth Wildcats

Breakers centre Sam Mennenga believes coach Petteri Koponen's comments on the team's conditioning are valid heading into tonight's NBL basketball contest at home against the Perth Wildcats

Koponen said his players were "out of shape" following their loss to Melbourne United, in part due to injuries and illness.

Mennenga's made an effort in pushing his teammates to get back on track.

Tipoff in Auckland is after half past 7.
