Two people have been arrested in Marlborough today, as Police crackdown on meth in the region

As part of Operation Memento, officers executed a search warrant at a Marlborough property, leading to the arrest of a 43-year old woman and a 34-year old man.

Detective Sergeant Ben Smith says the woman's charge relates to her role in moving the drug across the Cook Strait, and into the region.

Both people arrested will appear in Blenheim District Court tomorrow.
