    New CCTV images related to a homicide investigation involving a Whangarei house fire


    Hoani Reuben died in a Thomas Street home early on April April 29.

    Police are asking for information on the person seen in images riding a bicycle nearby at the time, wearing a backpack and light-coloured hoodie.
