Police say law-breaking will not be tolerated - as officers keep an eye on a large gang funeral in the Wellington region

39-year-old former Rebels gang president Albert Enoka was fatally shot in Lower Hutt's Naenae last week.

Police have issued an arrest warrant for 28-year-old Wipuhara Kapene - who Police believe is armed and dangerous, and could be receiving help.

Enoka's funeral's being held in Wainuiomata this morning, ahead of a procession through the Hutt to Porirua.

Police have been in contact with the community, and gang members to set expectations - and say checkpoints will be in place.
