    In the UK, a junior Minister has been has been sacked after a string of offensive comments against constituents and fellow Labour Party MPs


    Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has stripped Andrew Gwynne of his health portfolio and suspended his Labour Party membership.

    The comments were made in Whatsapp groups and included racist and sexist remarks against MPs.

    He also wrote he hoped elderly constituents would die before the next election because they didn't vote for him.

    Gwynne has taken to X to apologise for the comments.
