    Overseas media is reporting that Warriors assistant coach Richard Agar will be investigated by the NRL over assault allegations during the teams game against Canberra in Las Vegas

    Nine is reporting that Agar is accused of grabbing an unnamed Guardian journalist by the throat and verbally abusing him during halftime.

    The NRL has confirmed it is aware of the allegations and will launch an investigation while seeking CCTV footage of the incident.

    The Warriors were thumped by the Canberra Raiders 30 to 8.
