Joey Manu appears likely to remain in rugby union, with the Warriors conceding he won't be joining them

    - article from www.rugbyleague.co.nz

The former Kiwis and Roosters back's future is currently unclear, with a stint at Japanese union club Toyota about to end.

He is due to join French club Racing 92 but reports in Australia suggested he wanted to come home.

The New Zealand Herald reports the Warriors made inquiries but are believed to have been told there was nothing to the report that he wanted to exit the French deal.
