    Japan has advanced to the rugby World Cup last eight for the first time, which has set up an All Blacks quarter-final against Ireland


    Japan have beaten Scotland 28-21 in Yokohama to top pool A on 19 points.

    The All Blacks face Ireland on Saturday night in Tokyo, while Japan squares off against South Africa in the capital on Sunday.

    Australia will meet England on Saturday and Wales play France on Sunday, both in Oita .

    India have beaten South Africa by an innings and 137 runs in the second cricket test at Pune to clinch the three-match series 2-nil.

    It was the fourth-straight win in as many tests in the world championship for India.
