The Breakers may change their approach to adding prospective talent to the roster

The Breakers may change their approach to adding prospective talent to the roster

The Australian Basketball League club signed NBA draft prospect RJ Hampton straight out of high school under the Next Stars programme, with Hampton making 15 appearances.

In contrast, the Sydney Kings acquired guard Didi Louzada, who was drafted by the New Orleans Pelicans during last year's NBA draft after playing two years of professional basketball in Brazil.

Owner Matt Walsh says they may go down the same track as Sydney.
