Minister-in-charge Megan Woods says they're not putting up un-climbable walls, and people in the facilities should play their part.

She says the woman didn't just wander out the door, and it was a 'climbing the fence' situation.

Ms Woods says they've always guaranteed robust procedures, and they're asking people to follow the rules.
