Every 20 shares of Allbirds common stock is set to be combined automatically into one share, at the end of trading tomorrow.
The reverse stock split has been announced as the company's shares drop 18 percent, to 92.8 cents.
The Kiwi-American firm has until September 30, to trade above one dollar for a minimum 10 days - after being served a non-compliance warning by the Nasdaq.
