The water supply has been turned back on in the Hastings suburb of Frimley, after a watermain burst

A large number of properties around the intersection of Nottingley and Frimley Roads and Mataraki Ave lost water and there is damage to the road surface.

The issue's now been isolated to a small number of properties, with traffic management in place.

There is no set timeline on how long the repairs will take.
