Foodstuffs says it's aiming to have its new price sorting tool up and running on the Pak'nSave and New World website by the middle of next month

Foodstuffs says it's aiming to have its new price sorting tool up and running on the Pak'nSave and New World website by the middle of next month

The company says in the meantime, shoppers using the apps will still have the option to sort their search results by price.

This comes after Consumer NZ warned of the removal of the web feature -- saying the move may limit options for shoppers.

Foodstuffs says it's upgrading its digital platform, and improving its e-commerce offering with more transparent unit pricing.

It says it will soon add a new sort feature allowing customers to sort products by price or unit price.
