Kelly Brook's dog stopped her wanting to go out and get drunk

The 44-year-old model and her husband Jeremy Parisi are determined to be the "best version" of themselves so try to eat healthily and lead active lifestyles, including regular walks with their pet Cavapoo, Teddy

Kelly told Closer magazine: "He cooks every night and I'm the one that does it all at the weekends. We both love to cook.

"We like to feel good and be healthy.

"Cooking out own food and eating well is such a massive part of our lifestyle.

"We like to be the best version of ourselves.

"We're not into going out too much or drinking too much.

"And we've got a little dog that wants to be out walking every day, so you don't want to be getting up with a hangover. You just want to be up and out the door."

Jeremy noted: "It takes a lot of discipline to be healthy."

The couple are currently training for next year's London Marathon but have different ideas on how to best prepare.

Kelly said: "We are definitely on different pages of the training at the moment.

"We have embarked on this adventure together, but Jeremy wants to start full-on training now.

"He's got a seven-month training regime he wants to follow.

"So, we're going to try and meet somewhere in the middle here."

Jeremy and Kelly always try to keep Sundays free to be together.

She said: "Sundays are our romantic day. We take the dog out for a walk, go to the pub and have a roast, or we'll go to the butcher and get a nice joint of meat, and then I lock myself in the kitchen and cook all day."
