    The New Zealand hopes at the bowls World Champion of Champion singles event are likely to need two wins in today's final rounds to advance


    Southland's Aiden Takarua is tied for second in his group after suffering his first defeat, while women's representative Leanne Poulson is sixth.

    Only two men and four women are unbeaten after three days of action.
