The 82nd Golden Globes will celebrate and possibly snub the best of the best shows and films to hit big and small screens over the last 12 months.

When are the 2025 Golden Globes?
The Golden Globes will take place today.
If you're in Australia, that is the morning of January 6.
The red carpet will kick of at 10am AEST.
The ceremony will begin at 11am AEST.
The show is expected to last around 3 hours.

Channel 10 will be airing the Golden Globes.
It is also available for streaming on Paramount+.

Who is nominated?
Jacques Audiard's surreal narco-thriller musical Emilia Pérez has led the Golden Globes with 10 nominations.
The Brutalist came in second with seven nominations, with papal drama Conclave closely behind with six.
Smash hit Wicked, which stars singer Ariana Grande and Tony winner Cynthia Erivo, earned three nominations.

Who is hosting the Golden Globes?
Comedian Nikki Glaser will host the 82nd Golden Globes.
Glaser will make history as the first ever woman to solo host the show.
Others, like Sandra Oh, Amy Pohler and Tina Fey did it in tandem.
Glaser is best known for her stand-up specials about her personal experiences, and for stealing the show at Netflix’s “The Roast of Tom Brady” earlier this year.
Where can I watch Golden Globes nominated shows and movies in Australia?
There are several nominated films and TV shows that aren't actually available to watch in Australia yet.
A Complete Unknown, A Real Pain, Anora, Wicked and All We Imagine as Light are currently showing in cinemas.
Conclave will be in cinemas on January 9.
The Brutalist will be in cinemas from January 23.
Emilie Pérez will come out in cinemas on January 16.
September 5 will be out in cinemas on January 30.
