    The Blues winger entered last season with a leaner frame - dropping seven kilograms - and going on to lead his franchise to their first full Super Rugby title in 21 years, followed by nine starts in the black jersey.

    Clarke says there's still room for him to grow ... he's sticking with a similar approach, but also trying to expand his game.
