Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola's painted an upbeat picture, despite a second statement football loss in as many weeks

City's lost 2-nil at home to Liverpool in the Premier League, following last week's ousting by rivals Real Madrid in the Champions League.

Guardiola's been asked about the implications of the two defeats.

Liverpool's now 11 points ahead on the Premier League ladder - second-placed Arsenal have a game in hand.

City's fourth on 44 points, three behind third-placed Nottingham Forest who lost 4-3 to Newcastle.
