    A New York judge says Sean Diddy Combs must stay in jail until sentencing in October


    The music mogul has been convicted on prostitution-related charges, but acquitted of more serious racketeering and sex-trafficking counts.

    He's been behind bars since being arrested in September.

    Judge Arun Subramanian has denied Combs a 50-million dollar bond release - saying he hasn't proved he isn't a flight risk or danger.

    His conviction could bring him up to 10 years in prison.
