Police say they'll continue to look into Tom Phillips' mindset, following what they think is another sighting of the Marokopa fugitive

CCTV footage shows what they believe to be him and one of his three children, carrying out a burglary at a shop in the King Country Town of Piopio.

The pair rode in and out of the area on a quad bike, and had their faces covered.

Detective Senior Sergeant Andy Saunders says psychologists have provided Police with a profile on Phillips.

He says this will help them to understand what he might be up to.
