The Central Hinds spinning all-rounder - who is yet to play in an ODI for New Zealand - is one of four potential debutants in the 15-strong squad.

The 22-year-old's inclusion comes at the expense of fellow spinner Fran Jonas...but Sawyer says Devonshire's batting ability gives him options.
