    Former Black Caps coach Gary Stead is back on the books at New Zealand Cricket


    He's accepted a part-time high performance role tasked with supporting player and coach development.



    Stead can still take up work elsewhere, if or when the chance presents.

    He ended his eight-year tenure as national coach in June.
