    A child's died in hospital after a house fire in Canterbury's Rakaia over the weekend


    An adult was found dead at the scene of the blaze, late on Saturday night - and the child was taken to hospital in a critical condition.

    The fire is NOT thought to be suspicious.

    The deaths have been referred to the Coroner.
